Automated Collection Tank Drainage
During operation, the separator tank collects and removes
liquid waste from the vacuum suction, storing up to 8.5 gallons
(32 L) safely. Once maximum uid volume is reached, a oat
switch automatically shuts o the vacuum and drains the
contents to prevent overow. After draining completes and the
oat drops, the system automatically restores power in about
10 seconds for uninterrupted performance.
To manually activate the full drain and rinse cycle, power o the
vacuum unit briey. The rapid automated process takes under
2 minutes. ADS recommends manually initiating a complete
drainage and washdown at the end of each day by powering
the system o momentarily. This helps optimize equipment
hygiene and lifespan.
See the "Maintenance" section for step-by-step instructions.
