Infectious or biohazardous waste may be present during service procedures. To prevent cross
contamination, be sure to follow all applicable infection control protocols and use appropriate personal
protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, mask, face shield, etc.
The separator tank lter may also contain amalgam particles. Follow all local regulations regarding proper
containment, handling, and disposal of the used lter.
To sustain optimal performance, schedule an annual service checkup with your authorized ADS dealer. Our technicians will
thoroughly inspect, adjust, and validate your vacuum system.
While the dry vacuum is designed for reliable operation with minimal maintenance, regular care is still essential. Please refer
to the table below for important recommended maintenance tasks and intervals. Proactive maintenance will extend the
longevity of your equipment and prevent avoidable breakdowns or malfunctions. Contact your ADS dealer to discuss tailoring
a maintenance plan for your specic needs and usage.

Daily
Vacuum line cleaning Follow standard protocols to prevent debris buildup in lines.
Separator tank drain & rinse
Turn o vacuum at end of day to initiate drain and rinse cycles. For high
usage, also turn o once mid-day.
Weekly/
Monthly
Exterior & tubing inspection
1. Use a dry cloth to clean exterior case.
2. Inspect tubing connections while operating to check for leaks or debris.
3. Contact dealer if issues are found.
Annually
Replace tank lter
1. Turn o and disconnect vacuum power.
2. Release safety latches and remove lid.
3. Lossen the screw and remove the steel component.
4. Replace lter, dispose of old lter properly.
5. Order replacement kit.
Replace drain check valve Requires authorized technician. Contact dealer to schedule certied service.
