Ŷ When the fuel has drained from the tank, close the fuel
valve and reinstall fuel line on barb.
DRAINING THE CARBURETOR
See Figure 2.
Ŷ Turn the engine switch OFF ( O ).
Ŷ Close the fuel valve.
Ŷ Position an approved fuel container under the carburetor
drain screw to catch fuel; loosen the screw.
Ŷ Allow fuel to drain completely into the container.
Ŷ Retighten the drain screw.
NOTE: After draining the fuel tank and carburetor, start the
engine and allow it to run until the unit runs out of fuel.
Consult hazardous waste management guidelines in your
area for the proper way to dispose of used fuel.
TRANSPORTING
Ŷ Turn engine switch OFF ( O ).
Ŷ Close the fuel valve.
Ŷ Make sure engine and exhaust of unit is cool.
Ŷ Keep unit level to prevent fuel spillage.
Ŷ Do not drop or strike unit or place under heavy object
