Performing Pyrolysis
0 1. Select PYROLYSIS oven function.
An acoustic signal sounds. The temperature/time display indicates the
pre-set duration for pyrolysis “P2.30” (= 2 hours 30 minutes).
Pyrolysis starts after a few seconds. The oven power indicator and the
function indicators PYROLYSIS and DURATION illuminate during pyroly-
sis. The temperature/time display indicates the remaining pyrolysis time.
As soon as pyrolysis is finished, “P0.00” starts to flash in the tempera-
ture/time display. All other indicators switch off.
2. Switch off the appliance
3. Once the oven has cooled, wipe it out with a damp cloth.
Performing a Shortened Pyrolysis (only in the case of light soiling!)
0 1. Switch on the appliance using the mains button.
2. Select the PYROLYSIS oven function.
Within 10 seconds briefly press the - button once.
The temperature/time display indicates the shortened pyrolysis duration
“P1.30” (=1 hour 30 minutes).
3. When pyrolysis is finished, switch off the appliance.
