4395A
provides
a
function that
automatically calculates
approximate
values
of
specic
parameters
of
an
equivalent
circuit that
corresponds to
a
DUT
.
This
function
supports

used
to
simulate
the
frequency-based
characteristics
of
the

this
allows

compare
