4395A
provides
a
function that
automatically calculates
approximate
values
of
specic
parameters
of
an
equivalent
circuit that
corresponds to
a
DUT
.
This
function
supports
ve
circuit
models
.
In
addition,
the
resulting parameter
values
can
be
used
to
simulate
the
frequency-based
characteristics
of
the
equivalent
circuit;
this
allows
you
to
compare
the
simulated
characteristics
with
the
actually
measured
characteristics
.
