Decimation Windowing
This function reduces the sampling rate to resolve the spectrum closer than the frequency
resolution (which is decided by an inherent sampling rate and nite sampling number).
Fast Fourier Transform ( fft )
This operation transforms a time domain signal into a frequency domain data using the Fast
Fourier Transform.
