The
opening of

remov

Disconnect
the
instrument
from
all
v
oltage
sources
while
it
is
being
opened.
The
detachable po
wer
cord is
the
instrument
disconnecting
device.
It
disconnects
the
mains
circuits
from
the
mains
supply
before
other
parts
of
the
instrument.
The
front
panel
switch
is
only
a standb
y switch
and is
not
a
LINE
switch.
The
po
w
er
cord
is
connected
to
internal
capacitors
that
may
remain liv
e for
5
seconds
after
disconnecting the
plug from
its po
wer
supply
.
This is
a
Safety
Class
I
product
(pro
vided
with
a
protectiv
e
earthing
ground
incorporated
in
the
po
w
er
cord).
The
mains
plug
shall
only
be
inserted
in
a
sock
et
outlet
pro
vided
with
a
protectiv
e
earth
contact.
Any
interruption
of
the
protective
conductor, inside
or outside
the instrument,
is
lik
ely
to
mak
e
the
instrument
dangerous.
Intentional
interruption
is
prohibited.
For
continued
protection
against
fire
hazard
replace
line
fuse
only
with
same
type and
rating
(F
5A/250V).
The
use
of
other
fuses
or
material
is
prohibited.
