Dismounting Spreader from Tractor
To this dismount spreader from tractor, first ensure ground is firm and level where the
machine will be parked. Then set the drawbar shoe in opened position. Disconnection of the
Agrispread lime spreader from the tractor is the reverse of the above, except that the
spreader’s hydraulic hoses should be fitted to the anchors provided on the spreader. This
prevents damage to the hose fittings and contamination of the hydraulic and brake systems.
Remember to apply the handbrake and support the drawbar prior to unhitching the spreader
from the tractor.
1. Engage the handbrake
2. Remove lynch pin from front draw bar shoe pin
3. Remove drawbar shoe pin
4. Rotate the drawbar shoe in downward direction until in position shown in diagram
below
5. Re-insert drawbar pin into previous position
6. Re-insert lynch pin into drawbar shoe pin
7. Ensure that all components are detached from tractor
8. Uncouple spreader from tractor hitch
