Note
• The following applies for networked cabinets in the
bus system: bus address “001” is absolutely essential.
Bus addresses should not be assigned twice.
Assigning the bus address:
1.) Press and hold key [1] for at least 5 seconds.
“r01” appears on the display.
2.) Press key [1] until
“o03” appears on the display.
3.) Press key [2].
The set address is shown on the display (de-
fault bus address is 001).
4.) Assigning a higher bus address:
Press key [1].
Assigning a lower bus address:
Press key [3].
5.) To add a new entry:
Press key [2].
6.) Assigning bus addresses for subsequent cabinets:
Repeat points 1.) to 5.) and set the next free
bus address.
9.1.4 Defrosting (automatic, manual)
Defrosting starts automatically.
“-d-” appears on the display.
Defrosting can also be started manually if required.
Procedure for manual defrosting
1.) Starting manual defrosting:
Press key [3] for at least 5 seconds.
“-d-” appears on the display.
LED symbol “
” appears.
2.) Ending manual defrosting:
The cabinet returns to normal operation auto-
matically.
3.) The temperature is displayed again 30 minutes
after the end of manual defrosting.

Alarm display and acknowledgement
Alarm display:
The alarmis signalled by the left LED symbol on the
display ashing.
Displaying the relevant error code*:
Press key [1].
There is also the option of outputting an acoustic sig-
nal through an additional installed buzzer.
Fault acknowledgement
1.) Press key [1] briey.
The error code and associated acoustic alarm
are acknowledged (if connected).
2.) Calling up the error code
Press key [1] briey.
