15. Accessories
Optional accessories are available for these cabinets,
including
- bus cabling accessories
- product separators (dividers).
Please contact your AHT sales partner for more infor-
mation.
16. What to do if ...
WARNING
Risk of electric shock and ignition of am-
mable coolant
Untrained and unauthorised personnel are
not allowed to carry out work on the elec-
trical and refrigeration system.
➤ Only the authorised AHT service partner is
allowed to carry out work on the electrical
and refrigeration systems of the cabinet.
The cabinet was checked carefully at the AHT test cen-
tre in terms of its performance and safety aspects.
If a fault occurs in spite of this, please check the
following first of all:
- Is the mains cable plugged in?
- Is there power to the socket?
- Is the display active on cabinets with an electronic
temperature controller?
If the internal temperature is too warm:
- Were the doors open for a long time?
- Were warm products stored inside by mistake?
- Has there been power outage for an extended pe-
riod of time?
Notes
• If the reason for the fault is not one of the afore-
mentioned causes, please call the AHT service part-
ner and tell them the serial number of the cabinet
(see rating plate) and the type of fault.
• Contact the AHT service partner if loud noises and/or
extreme vibrations occur with the cabinet.
• The AHT service partner has all the technical and
latest information required for a service at their dis-
posal (e.g. spare part and equipment lists, circuit dia-
grams and refrigeration circuit diagrams).

questions to do with customer service (e.g. service and
maintenance, repairs etc.).
