●Within one year of the purchase date, if the product has any quality or technical
problems, we will repair or replace the product for the buyer for free. The warranty
period starts from the original order date.
●Any fault or damage caused by natural disasters like storm, fire, flood, thunder,
earthquake, etc.
●Any fault or damage caused by improper usages, such as using under high voltage,
smashing with a hammer, scratching with a knife, damping in water, staining or
corroding with chemicals, infecting with a computer virus, etc.
●Any fault or damage caused by failure to comply with regulations stated in the User
Manual or by the improper, rough and careless operation.

●Any fault or damage caused by repairing or adjusting the product without authori-
zation from the original manufacturer.
●Inability to provide purchase evidence of the ordering date or one year has
