RETURNED PRODUCT CONDITION:
LIKE NEW CONDITION – All returned products must be returned 100% complete,
including all of its components, all original boxes and packing materials, manuals,
blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
INCOMPLETE, SCRATCHED or DAMAGED CONDITION – AIMS Power® reserves
the right to refuse crediting the customer’s account and the product will be returned
to the customer.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT – After 30 days, defective product may be returned for
repair or exchange, only at AIMS’s discretion.

Any legal action to enforce any of the terms of this or any other agreement shall be

We will do our best to resolve your concerns. If the product needs repair or
replacement, make sure to keep your receipt/invoice, as that will need to be sent
back along with the package and RA# prepaid to AIMS. You have a full 2 year from
date of purchase warranty.
This warranty is valid worldwide with the exception that freight and duty charges
incurred outside the contiguous 48 United States will be prepaid by customer.
