5. Holding sieve beds in place, gently pull upward on the product manifold to
remove. Keep tubing assembly in place.
6. Align new product manifold with the outlet of the sieve beds, and gently push
manifold down into place.
7. Reconnect tubing assembly to new product manifold.
8. Place center bolt through product manifold and tighten to 15 in-lbs.

5.7 Solenoid V alv e R eplac emen t
It may not be necessary to completely remove the PSA system assembly to replace the
solenoid valve. The Feed B/Waste B OCD valve will require the PSA system to be
partially removed.
1. Remove back cover panel per Section 5.2.2.
2. Determine which valves need to be replaced.
3. Remove the tie-wraps that bundle the value wires.
