Since
adjustment
of
the
Meads
critically
affects
tape
recorder
performance,
it
is
essential
that
Heads
be
carefully
adjusted
with
precision
measuring
equip¬
ment
and
suitable
recorded
tape.

turning

left
and
right
so
that
the
upper
edge
of
the
tape

0.15
mm
lower
than
the

the
erase
head
core.

turning
to
left
and
right
until
the
width
between
the
upper
edge
of
channel
1
head
core
and
upper
edge
of
the
tape
is
equal.

optimum

condition.
