Recording
1.
Connect
power
cord
and
turn
on

Switch.

Reel
Size
Selector
according
to
size

reel
being
used
and
select
tape
speed.

Set
Index
Counter
to
“0000”.
(Provides
an
easy
reference
for
locating
positions
on
the
tape).

Set
Monitor
Switch
to
SOURCE
position.

Depress
Left
and
Right
Recording
(Track
Selector)
Switches.
7.
Adjust
and
balance
input
level
with
corresponding
Recording
Level
Controls
while
observing
the
VU
Meters.
(Normal
recording
should
not
exceed
0
VU
on
either
meter)
8.
When
an
optimum
recording
level
has
been
determined,
while
holding
the
Recording
(REC)
Button
at
de-
pressed
position,
depress
Play
pe
Key
to
begin
recording.
(The
Recording
Indicator
Lamp
will
light
to
indicate
recording
mode)

Invert
reels
for
recording
on
tracks

Recording

monaural
recording,
