a
suitable
point
without
stopping
the
recording.
1.
Press
the
Reverse

to
change
direction
from
forward
to
reverse
and
the
Forward
{

)
button
to
change
from
reverse
to
forward.
Auto
Reverse
Recording
Attach
a
2.5
to
4cm
length
of
standard
accessory
sensing
tape
to
the
back
of
the
tape
at
the
point
where
you
want
to
change
direction.
When
the
sensing
pin
on
the
supply
reel
side
comes
in
contact
with
the
sensing
tape
the
direction
will
be
automatically
changed
without
inter-
rupting
recording,
See
the
chart
for
the
Reverse
selector
setting.
*
Do
not
attach
the
sensing
tape
to
any
place
on
the
tape
other
than
where
the
direction
is
to
change.
Reverse
to
forward
auto
reverse
is
impossible.
Please
note
that
during
one
cycle
recording
of
a
previously
recorded
tape,
about
one
second
of
the
previous
recording
cannot
be
erased
when
the
deck
changes
to
reverse.
Please
erase
this
portion
manual-
ly.
*
During
quick
reverse
the
input
signal
is
interrupted
for
about
0.5
seconds.
Nothing
can
be
recorded
during
this
interruption.
Leave
in
the
recording
mode
and
the
direction
will
change
in
about
one
second.
The
position
of
the
Reverse
(REV)
SELECTOR
has
no
effect
on
manual
reverse
operation.
