The terminal programmable keys can be assigned to internal or external numbers,
or to programmed functions *.
Press the appropriate programmed key. Dialling is automatic.

Each terminal can access a system directory containing short outside numbers.
Dial the short number directly.

You call a terminal which is busy.
If the terminal is not "protected" against intrusion and if you have sufficient
authorisation, you can intrude in the conversation in progress.
