You can charge the cost of your outside calls to an account code.
Enter the code for the

function or press the corresponding
programmed key.
Enter the number of the account code, followed by the outside line prefix, followed
by the customers terminal number.
This function can also be used while a call is in progress, by entering the function
code, followed by the number of the account receivable.

function or press the
corresponding programmed key.
The screen shows the duration or cost of your last outside call, and the total duration
or charges since the last meter reset.

Even though private use of the phone may be restricted, you can make "private"
calls by identifying them as such. They will be charged separately.
Dial the code for the

function, followed by your PIN code and your
personal code. Dial the number required.
Note: Private calls cannot be forwarded to a different terminal.
