When a call is made from the terminal, the number entered on the keypad is
displayed on the screen. In the case of an incoming call, the display indicates the
callers number, if the fixed system offers this facility, otherwise the display remains
blank.

An incoming call is indicated by the terminal ringing tone and by the flashing of the
green light and the icon on the display.

, then dial the required number on the keypad. The line icon lights up
on the display. The required number can also be dialled directly. In this case the
line is taken over automatically.

In the case of a household system enabling internal calls to be made between
extensions, to call another handset in the installation, followed by the required
extension number.
