The number selected for default lock must be a valid system number,
otherwise the terminal will not be able to communicate with the radio base station.
When a Default Lock number is selected, all other systems programmed in the
terminal are ignored.
To cancel the lock and restore operation with automatic system selection, enter the
value 0 for the Default Lock parameter.
