answer, using either of the two methods described above.

Switching between calls (Broker call)
During a conversation, a second call is on hold.
To recover the second call:
if allowed by system configuration
Transfer between two outside calls is not generally possible
(depends on country concerned and system configuration).
On Easy REFLEXES telephones: use the preprogrammed
key to access the “Transfer” function:
