explode if handled improperly.
− Your GPS watch is operated with a lith-
ium polymer battery pack, which you
cannot replace.
− You may not heat, open or short circuit
battery packs and batteries or dispose of
them in fire.
− Do not drill through the GPS watch.
− To avoid overheating the battery pack, do
not expose the GPS watch to direct sun-
light or other heat sources, e.g. in a vehicle.
− Only use the enclosed charging cable
and a USB port on your PC or a USB
charger to charge the battery pack in
the GPS watch.
− Never charge the battery pack at tem-
peratures below +10°C! This will dam-
age the chemical composition of the cell
and may result in a fire.
− Only replace the battery for the chest
strap transmitter unit with an equiva-
lent battery type (CR2032).
