Deleting workout data
You can delete the data for the last workout or all data
out of the memory of the GPS watch:
1. Access the history mode (see previous section).
2. Press and hold the MODE key

until the word
“DELETE” appears in the top row.
“Last” will appear in the centre row.
3. If you do not want to delete the last workout you
saved, proceed with step 6.
4. If you would like to delete the last workout saved,
select “YES” with the ST./STP key

in the bottom row.
5. Tap the VIEW key

The last workout is deleted and the message “DONE !”
will appear briefly. Then the GPS watch will switch
back to history mode.
6. Tap the VIEW key

Now “ALL” is displayed in the centre row.
7. If you would like to delete all the workout data
saved, use the ST./STP key

to select “YES” in the
bottom row.
8. Tap the VIEW key

If you selected “Yes” in the previous step, all data
records have been deleted and the message “DONE
!” will appear briefly. Then the GPS watch will switch
back to history mode.
