Assembling
and changing the soldering tips
Disconnect the machine from the mains
before
performing
any
maintenance or
adjustments
Allow
the soldering
iron
to cool down completely before replacing the
soldering tip.
Select a suitable tip for
your
application.

The
pointed
soldering tip
is
particularly
suitable
for
spot soldering and thin
cables.

The flat soldering tip is
particularly
suitable for light electrical soldering work.
Loosen
the
fixing
screw
IEI
on the
heating
element
IIl.
Remove the soldering tip
El

from
the heating element.
lnsert
the desired soldering tip
into
the
heating
element.
Then
tighten the
fixing screw
again.
Usage
switching on and off
.
lnsert
the
mains
plug
into
the
socket
to switch on the soldering iron.

Disconnect
the
mains
plug
to switch off the soldering iron.
