Turning the blades
Always wear heavy duty working gloves
• Swing open the loading tunnel

by opening the release screw

• Undo the fastening nut

• Undo the eight Philips screws

(See Fig. 13c) and remove the cover plate.
• Secure the rotary disk so that it cannot rotate (for example by jamming it with a
screwdriver, see Fig. 13d).
• Undo the four blade screws

using the hexagon Allen key supplied

and remove
the blades

(See Fig. 13d).
• Each of the blades can be turned once as they are ground sharp on both long edges.
(Once they have been turned and the second cutting edges become blunted, then
they must be replaced by new blades.) To assemble, proceed in reverse order.
