Electric Impact Shredder – GLEKS 2440General information
DANGER!
Shred only wood and organic material with this impact
shredder. Due to the high risk of physical injury to the user,
the equipment must not be used for purposes for which it
was not intended. For example do not use the impact shredder
for cutting plastic, metal, or non-organic materials. For safety
reasons, the equipment is not allowed to be used as a drive unit
for other tools or products of any kind.
The equipment is allowed to be used only for its intended
purpose. Any other use is deemed to be a case of misuse.
The user/operator and not the manufacturer will be liable
for any damage or injuries of any kind resulting from such
misuse.
Reasonably foreseeable misuse
– Not reading the Instructions and Safety advice in this
User Guide, before using the product.
– Damage/Injury caused by not switching the electric
motor off.
– Damage/Injury caused by the user wearing loose clothing
which could get caught on material being shredded and
thus go into the cutting chamber and become entrained
on the cutter blade.
