Pump Indications Possible Problems Solution
Pump does not cycle 1. Hydraulic motor not operating properly
2. Pump tube jammed and/or contains loose
components
3. Insufficient hydraulic pressure
1. Inspect hydraulic motor and rebuild
or replace as necessary
2. Rebuild pump tube
3. Increase hydraulic pressure
Pump will not prime 1. Excessive cycling speed
2. Pump leaking internally
1. Reduce hydraulic pressure
