The CQ12T-RK19 and CQ18T-RK19 kits contain the rack ears and fixing screws
required to mount either a CQ-12T or CQ-18T mixer in a standard 19” rack or case.
Before continuing, ensure that you have the correct kit for your mixer.
The width of each ear is approximately 4” (or 100mm) in the CQ12T-RK19 kit and
approximately 3” (75mm) in the CQ18T-RK19 kit.

Fitting ears to the unit
1. Place the CQ face down on a padded surface, taking care not to put
undue pressure on the encoders or touchscreen.
2. Line up the rack ears with the unused screw holes at either side of the
CQ, near to the rubber feet, so that the front panel of the ears are parallel
to the front of the CQ. Each ear will only align correctly with one side.
3. Secure each rack ear using two of the provided M4 Torx® screws.
Use only the supplied fixings to attach the rack ears to the CQ. Using
other fittings may cause damage to the unit and/or rack ears.
When fitted, there will be a small gap between the ears and sides of
the CQ to prevent damage to either.
