Report register
The Report register is issued to the platform user with reference to:
➢ Legislative Decree 17/2010 – Implementation of Machinery Directive
2006/42/EC
The purpose of this Register is to record events concerning the life of the
machine; in detail:
• Mandatory routine inspections (INAIL, ASL, authorised bodies).
• Maintenance and obligatory inspections to check the integrity and structure
of the machine and protection and safety systems.
• Transfers of ownership, to be notified to the competent INAIL (former ISPESL)
department.
• Supplementary maintenance or replacement of important parts of the
machine.
