８．２ Monthly maintenance
③ Cleaning of chamber and lid gasket
● How to clean
１． Open lid, and empty chamber.
(also base plate, use base plate hook for CL-40L)
２． Turn off power switch(breaker).
３． Unload exhaust bottle from housing hole and draw out exhaust hose from the
bottle.
４． Put the chamber drain tray under the drain outlet as below figure.
５． Open the drain valve located at left side of housing hole.
６． Remove dusts and foreign object, then wash wall and bottom of the chamber
by water.
７． Wipe off the open mouth of the chamber with a soft cloth containing ethanol.
(Do not use solvent such as thinner.)
８． Wipe off the lid gasket with a soft cloth containing ethanol.
９． Load base plate.
Do not touch power switch(breaker) by wet hand.
It may cause electric shock.
Do not open lid until chamber pressure goes down to “0MPa”.
Steam spouts out of chamber by residual pressure which may cause burn injury.
If you find a crack or hardening on the lid gasket, please contact local distributor.
If you leave crack one unchanged, it may cause burst at worst as well as leakage of steam.
