EXHAUST TAIL PIPE
SPARK ARRESTER
Use a brush to remove carbon deposits from the spark arrester
screen.
Remove the three 5 mm bolts, and remove the exhaust tail pipe and
the spark arrester.
Be careful to avoid damaging the screen.
Install the spark arrester and the exhaust tail pipe in the reverse
order of removal.
Inspect the spark arrester screen for breaks, holes or tears. Replace it
if necessary.
