Install a PVC waste water drain pipe close to the bottom of the water softener.
The recommended diameter for the PVC pipe is 32 or 40 mm.
Bond the siphon with the standard isolator (not supplied) onto the PVC pipe.
BRINE EVACUATION:
Rub soap on the end of the PVC hose (supplied) and push it onto the pipe stub on the back of the water
softener head. Secure the hose on the stub using the tyrap (supplied).
- Connect the other end of the PVC hose onto the siphon. If necessary, bond it onto the siphon with
silicone sealer (not supplied).
- IMPORTANT: The siphon must not be higher than the water softener head.
- IMPORTANT: Check that there is no twist or bend in the hose.
