  If your Amarey Vacuum Cleaner robot isn't charging, check that the charging cord is properly plugged into both the charging dock and the wall outlet, ensuring the light on the charging dock is white. Another possible reason is a poor connection at the charging contact points. Clean the charging connection points on both the charging dock and the bottom of the robot using a dry cloth.

  Weak suction in your Amarey Vacuum Cleaner can occur if the Dust Bin is full. In this case, you should empty the Dust Bin. Another cause can be a filter that is clogged or wet. Clean and dry the filter, or replace it with a new one.
