What to do if my AmazonBasics UPS is not providing battery power?
- JJoe DunnAug 6, 2025
If your AmazonBasics UPS is not providing battery power, ensure it is connected to a 120 V, 60 Hz socket-outlet. Also, the power button is designed to prevent damage from rapidly turning it off and on, so switch off the product, wait 10 seconds, and switch it on again. If this doesn't work, try replacing the battery. You can also try connecting the USB / serial cable to the product and an USB port of your computer, or to another USB port of your computer. Another solution is to switch off the product, wait 10 seconds, press the RESET button, and switch the product on again.
