Monitoring temperatureand cooking time
➔
Preparepot, close with Secuquick softline and
set on the hotplate.
➔
Switch on Audiotherm, if required, set cooking
time.
➔
Fit Audiotherm and initialise: symbol “soft” or
“turbo”,indicator directed at first soft or turbo
window.
Depending on desired cooking method, “soft
quick-cooking” or “turbo quick-cooking”.
§ The symbol “soft” or “turbo” flashes.

Set stove at low level (or switch o completely
or remove pot from stove), stop beep.
➔
Set stove at low level, stop beep.
➔
During the cooking, pay attention to further
beeps of the Audiotherm and regulatelevel
setting if necessary.
§ When the beep is heardand the symbol “reduce”
flashes, the temperatureistoo high (indicator
in the second soft or turbo window).
