  If the Ametek Pet Care Product isn't taking measurements, ensure that 'ActiView Auto Measure' is selected in the Measure Mode. If you are using 'ActiView Manual Measure' or 'Manual Measure' mode, press the Manual Measure Button when the device is properly aligned. Also, check that the device is within the correct probe angle (±15º), the patient isn't blinking, and the Ocu-Dot Probe is installed correctly. Ensure that the correct species is selected in the Menu. A dirty probe chamber can also prevent measurements; try cleaning it. If the probe is bad, install a new Ocu-Dot Probe. If the probe chamber is bad, replace it.

  If your Ametek Pet Care Product is showing inaccurate measurements, avoid pressing the Manual Measure Button while in ActiView Auto Measure mode. If the Measure Mode is set to ActiView Manual Measure or Manual Measure mode, change it to ActiView Auto Measure. Also, a bent or damaged Ocu-Dot Probe can cause inaccuracies, so replace it. Note that measurements greater than 99 mmHg will appear in an orange circle, which indicates the device is operating correctly. If there is mechanical or electronic damage, arrange for service through the Reichert Technical Support Group.

  If the battery of your Ametek Pet Care Product is not charging, ensure the Charging Base is properly plugged in, making sure both ends of the USB-C Charging Cord are fully inserted. The battery may also be too hot or too cold; allow it to reach a temperature between 0°C (32º F) and 45°C (113º F). Check the voltage to the electrical outlet. Clean the charging contacts on the Tono-Vera Vet Charging Base. Remove any foreign object blocking the charging contacts in the Charging Base. If there are missing or bent charging contacts, arrange for service through the Reichert Technical Support Group.
