Please be aware that the following situations are not covered by the free warranty service during the warranty period:
● Damage caused by improper use, such as incorrect power supply connection, use of inappropriate accessories, failure to follow the instructions, incorrect use,
or damage caused by negligence, etc. Repairs or modifications not authorized or approved by our company; other damages caused by force majeure (such as
natural disasters, abnormal voltage, etc.).
● Product aging and wear and tear caused by normal use of the product, which does not affect its normal functionality.
● Free servicing does not cover consumable components and add-ons, such as adapters. Delivery charges are not included as well.
