Warranty Policy and Warranty Certificate
Chinese Mainland
● Customers who purchase this product within Chinese Mainland are covered by a 1-year warranty. Warranty periods begin with the date of receipt for online
purchases (unless proven otherwise, logistics receipt dates are taken for online purchases; for physical transactions, physical delivery dates are taken for
physical transactions).
● Our company delivers products and services in compliance with relevant laws and regulations such as the “E-Commerce Law of the People’s Republic of
China”, “Product Quality Law of the People’s Republic of China”, and “Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Consumer Rights and
Interests”. When quality issues arise with in-store purchases within 7 days, contact the seller with a valid receipt or proof of purchase to request a return or
exchange. An exchange can be requested from the seller if quality issues arise within 15 days of purchase. For online purchases, you have 7 days from the
delivery date to return the product without providing any reason, but it must be in sellable condition. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping charges
for returning the product within 7 days, except for returns or exchanges due to quality issues.
Countries or regions outside Chinese Mainland
● If you purchased this product in a country or region outside the Chinese Mainland, the warranty period, return and exchange policies, and repair procedures
will be in accordance with the laws and regulations of that specific country or region. For specific matters, please contact the authorized dealer in your location
for resolution.
● Be sure to keep all purchase documentation, including invoices, after purchasing the product. The warranty period will be determined by the production date
on the label of the product body if a valid invoice or purchase document is not available during the warranty period.
