Remove factory nuts
Install bracket to truck Torque nuts to
59 ft-lbs / 80Nm
Insert threaded bracket (19-03963-90) into bum-
per and assemble bracket (19-03961-90) with
supplied bolt. Use slotted end of bracket at
bolt.

BedStep Installation Guide

Step 1: Mount Bumper Bracket

Install bracket to truck, torque nuts to 59 ft-lbs / 80Nm.

Step 2: Assemble Bracket to Bumper

Insert threaded bracket into bumper and assemble with supplied bolt using slotted end.

Step 3: Install Upper Bed Panel Bracket

Install bracket to upper bed panel, torque bolts to 16 ft-lbs / 22Nm.

Step 4: Install Step Pad

Install step pad in a rearward position and torque screws to 5 ft-lbs / 6Nm.

BedStep Operation

Foot-operated deployment and retraction, use hand holds for stepping.

Maintenance Tips

Clean with mild soap and water; avoid waxes or lubricants on the step surface.

Important Attention Note

BedStep must always be stowed in the retracted position when driving.
