Installation Steps

Remove Fender Brace

Remove fender brace with a 10mm socket or wrench.

Install Mounting Bracket

Install mounting bracket using factory fasteners and torque to 90 ft-lbs/125 Nm.

Remove Harness Retainer Clip

Remove harness retainer clip and use a bolt from step 3, tighten to 12 ft-lbs.

Attach Fender Support Bracket

Attach fender support bracket to main bracket, use M6 nut and bolt, tighten to 12 ft-lbs.

Torque Support Bracket Bolts

Torque support bracket bolts to 6 ft-lbs / 8 Nm. Avoid overtightening.

Align and Tighten Step Pad

Align step pad with bumper and tighten bolts. Torque 10mm to 33 ft-lbs/44 Nm, 8mm to 16 ft-lbs.
