Remove factory bolts
Install bracket to truck Torque nuts to 59 ft-lbs /
80Nm
Insert threaded bracket into bumper and
assemble bracket with supplied bolt. Use
slotted end of bracket at bolt.

Summary

BedStep Installation

Step 1: Install Bracket

Install bracket to truck and torque nuts to 59 ft-lbs / 80Nm.

Step 2: Insert Threaded Bracket

Insert threaded bracket into bumper and secure with bolt, using slotted end.

Step 3: Attach Bracket to Bed Panel

Install bracket to upper bed panel using provided bolts and nuts, torque to 16 ft-lbs / 22Nm.

Step 4: Install Step Pad

Install step pad, ensuring the offset pad is positioned to the rearward.

Step 5: Torque Step Screws

Torque 3 PT screws to 5 ft-lbs / 6Nm. Note: Overtightening may damage the step pad.
