  If your Amtrol Water Heater pump won't shut off, it could be due to several reasons. The pressure setting might be too high, requiring a decrease until the pump can reach cut-out. There might be an obstruction in the pump water line; ensure no shut-offs are closed between the pump and the Well-X1™. It could also be a pump problem, so inspect the well pump condition and sizing if the pump cannot reach a reasonable cut-out setting. A failed control might also be the cause, in which case it should be replaced.
