INTRODUCTION
This section of the manual contains information which describes the installation and service
procedures- as well as the characteristics of the Andatech ALX3000 Ignition Interlock Device.
The installation and follow-up services described can only be performed by an authorised installer.
Please contact Andatech for a list of recommended installers in your area.
Carefully read this manual prior to installation.
Please contact Andatech immediately if you encounter any issues with the ALX3000 or its seal
during driving.
The Andatech ALX3000 complies with the requirements of the EN 50436-1: 2014 (E) standard.
Alcohol detection is measured by the handset and all events are stored in the control box.
The Andatech ALX3000 Ignition Interlock Device is intended for all vehicles with a 12V to 24V power
supply.
The Ignition Locking device power consumption is> 3mA in standby mode and the maximum mode
is >2.1A.
The suitable operating temperature range is -40 ° C to + 85 ° C.
The product is warranted if the installation is performed in accordance with the installation
instructions in this manual and the operation is consistent with the manual.
