II 2 G X Suitable for using Zones 1 and 2.

    Why is my Anest Iwata WA 101 Paint Sprayer Fluttering?

      Fluttering in your Anest Iwata Paint Sprayer can occur if air enters the system. This may be due to air entering between the fluid nozzle and the tapered seat of the gun body. The suggested solution is to remove the fluid nozzle to clean the seat, and replace the nozzle if it's damaged. Fluttering can also be caused by air being drawn from the fluid needle packing set, in which case you should tighten the fluid needle packing. Finally, check the fluid hose joint and fully tighten it, as air may be entering there.

      If your Anest Iwata Paint Sprayer is producing a heavy center pattern, it might be because the paint viscosity is too high. You can resolve this by adding thinner to reduce the viscosity. Alternatively, the fluid output may be too low. Try turning the fluid adjustment knob counter-clockwise to increase the fluid output.
