  If the alarm on your Anglecare Baby Monitor isn't sounding, it might be because the nursery unit is detecting movement when the crib is being touched. Avoid contact with the crib when the monitor is on. Alternatively, the nursery unit might be picking up movement from outside the crib, such as motorized devices or strong drafts. In this case, place the crib near a solid supporting wall to prevent the sensor pad from detecting external movements. Also, the sensitivity may be set too high. You may need to decrease the sensitivity.

How to improve weak reception on Anglecare Baby Monitor?

  If you're experiencing very weak reception with your Anglecare Baby Monitor, try the following: First, ensure the units are not too far apart and that the 'out of range' indicator is turned on. Change the position of one or both units if they are near a large metal mass. Place the units in an upright position on a flat surface, away from the baby's reach. Replace the batteries or recharge the parent unit if the batteries are low. Finally, if the link between the parent and nursery unit is lost, connect the parent unit to the nursery unit as shown on STEP 12 of the How to operate your Angelcare monitor section.

  If you're experiencing static, distortion, or interference with your Anglecare Baby Monitor, it could be due to interference from other devices. Select a different channel. If the parent unit is located near motorized devices, fluorescent lights, or a television, rotate the parent unit or move it away from the source of interference.

  If the nursery unit power ON indicator (second green light) on your Anglecare Baby Monitor does not light up, check that the AC adapters are properly connected and that the electrical outlet is working. Alternatively, ensure that the nursery unit is turned on by moving the left wing up to the ON position.
