What to do if my Anton Measuring Instruments printer doesn't respond or prints odd characters?
    • C
      Craig DeanAug 14, 2025
If your printer isn't responding or is printing odd characters, ensure the printer is charged and turned on. Verify it's correctly set up with the ‘PC’ protocol, is within a meter of the Anton Measuring Instruments, and the IR windows are facing each other. Note that other IR sources like PCs or sunlight may cause odd character printouts.

Why does my Anton Sprint eVo gas reading not stabilise during auto zero?
    • T
      Timothy StarkSep 3, 2025
If your Anton Measuring Instruments gas reading does not stabilise during auto zero, it may be recovering from high gas exposure or the gas sensor might be faulty. Ensure the unit is purged and allow the sensor time to recover.

Why does my Anton Sprint eVo Measuring Instruments sometimes display negative gas readings?
    • A
      anthony94Sep 6, 2025
If your Anton Measuring Instruments sometimes displays negative gas readings, it may have been previously zeroed with gas present. Turn the instrument off and on, then repeat auto zero in clean, outside air, allowing time for the CO sensor to recover and stabilise.
