Bypass Operation

Setting Time of Day

Controller Setup

Step 1F: Initiate Programming

Initiate programming by pressing NEXT and holding for 5 seconds.

Step 2F: Select Filtering Type

Select filtering type (Backwash or Regen) using up/down arrows.

Step 3F: Set First Cycle Time

Select time for the first cycle using up/down arrows.

Step 4F: Set Second Cycle Time

Select time for the second cycle and program subsequent times.

Step 5F: Set Regeneration Trigger

Set regeneration trigger based on time or volume.

Step 6F: Set Regeneration Options

Configure regeneration time options: Normal, On 0, Normal + On 0.

Step 7F: Set Relay Operation

Define relay operation based on time or gallons used.

Step 8F: Set Relay Actuation Time

Set time for relay actuation after regeneration starts.

Step 9F: Set Relay Gallons

Set number of gallons for relay actuation.

Regeneration and Error Screens

Regen Screen Display

Displays time remaining in the current regeneration cycle.

Error Screen Display

Alternates flashing 'Err' and error code for diagnostics.

System Status Displays

Shows 'REGEN Pndg', 'STbY', or 'REGEN Pndg RINSE FILL' status.

Button Operation

NEXT Button Function

Scrolls to the next display or advances in program levels.

REGEN Button Function

Schedules regeneration, cancels, or initiates immediate regeneration.

Combined Button Functions

Used for variable changes and control reset.

Manual Regeneration

Schedule Regeneration Today

Schedules regeneration for the current day at the delayed time.

Initiate Immediate Regeneration

Starts regeneration immediately by holding the REGEN button.
