- Lubricate rings with engine oil when fitting them.
Refitting the cylinder
NOTE
BEFORE FITTING THE CYLINDER, CAREFULLY BLOW OUT THE LUBRICATION DUCT AND OIL
THE CYLINDER LINER.
- Check the position of the alignment dowels and
dowel pin and fit a gasket with a thickness previ-
ously determined.
- Using the specific tool fit the cylinder paying at-
tention that the chain does not remain in the timing
system compartment.
