2.9) Reinstall 4 screws along the
centre of liner.
Tighten screws to 1.5 Nm.
2.10) Discard the 4 screws along top
of the tailgate liner.
2.11) Place the (668AQ027) door
stop tailgate assembly on the
tailgate and align the 4 screws
to threaded holes on tailgate,
ensuring the spacers on the
back of the assembly locate
into the holes drilled in the
tailgate liner.
2.12) Finger tighten the 4 screws to
start thread.
2.13) Push down on the tailgate door
stop assembly in the direction
of the arrow, to engage it with
the top upper surface of the
plastic OE tailgate cap while
tightening screws.
Tighten 4 screws to 1.5Nm
with T20 torx bit.
!! Be careful not to strip the
screws !! If necessary,
tighten by hand and use the
torque wrench.
LOCATE x4 SCREW TO
THREADED HOLES
FINGER TIGHTEN TO
START THREAD
PUSH TAIL STOP DOWNWARDS
WHILE TIGHTENING SCREWS
