4.10) Take rear tub mounting brackets
(668PD157R/L) and place one bumpon
(665076) to the tag on the brackets as
shown.
4.11) Place the front mount rail bracket
(668PD156) over the front tub rail. Align
the bracket to center and align it with the
with threaded holes in the front face of
the tub on each side.
Ensure there is an even gap between the
ends of the bracket to the side rails of the
tub.
4.12) If the tub is fitted with a XL or XLT bed
liner, a 25mm dimeter hole will need to
be drilled. Measure 60mm down from top
edge of the bed liner and 85mm from
front inner face of liner.
Place the steel protection plate
(3199779) behind liner taped with
masking tape to the sheet metal at the
top to the protect tub from the drill.
This hole will be used to gain access to
the M8 threaded hole behind to allow
fitting of the front corner bracket in the
next step.
Do both sides of the bed liner.
PLACE X1 SILICON
BUMP STOP.
